Buyer Beware

It does concern me that some reputable retailers overcharge you.
I bought a shimano raider for $200 from a shop that is very well known, only a few weeks later to see it in several other stores for 30 to 50 dollars less. I went looking for one of the new berkely "Drop Shot" rods, one dealer wanted $139 another $129 only to find Compleat Angler (City) and JV marine had them for $99.. ( i paid $99)

never seen a drop shot over 99 bucks before, i guess it pays just to shop around like all things.
