I've got a few Tica's and love em all. Smooth as silk straight out of the box. In fact I've never heard an owner who didn't like em.
The Taurus (top model) is as sweet as they get. The Libra is the next model down, and about the only thing it misses out on is the metal body. If the price is good you can't go wrong.
