Fishing the maribyrnong

Hey,
I caught my last bream a few months back on a hardbody but since then I have not been able to catch another one on a lure I have tried different lures, soft plastics but still can not catch one, can anyone give me tips to catch another one.

How fast do you retrieve your lure? Do you do pauses in between retrieves? Just a basic rule for using lures for bream, slow retrieve and lots/longer pause when retrieving a lure. Theres a lots of info in here, try to use the search button. Hope this helps.

I retrieve my hard bodies using twitch twitch pause and I pause for about 2-3 seconds
