Renegade 440 vs AnglaPro 444 sniper

Ok so I've decided between the Quintrex 440 renegade SC and the AnglaPro 444 Sniper.

Both with 60hp 4 strokes. renegade Yamaha and Sniper Suzuki.

what are peoples opinions on the 2 and what would they buy.

Thanks

Personally I would go the Sniper, I have seen one of these in person and was very impressed by the build quality.
In comparison, I have met a lot of unhappy Quintrex owners with hull issue's, this could have been rectified as these were all pre 2010 hulls.

Thanks mate. I'm leaning toward the Sniper. Bit more $$$ but a cracker looking little boat

Is the 440 renegade a bigger boat or pretty similar?

Very similar. Renegade a tiny bit wider.

I have been looking at those boats and also the Bluefin Wildcat Pro. After going over them closely I liked the finish and quality of the Bluefin over the other two. Better standard inclusions (for what I want). I was lucky enough a couple of weeks ago to be at a boat ramp and all three boats were there and got to compare them more or less side by side.

Please note I don't have any affiliations, I am just an average fisho that is looking to upgrade my boat.

Lot Bigger boat though.
Bluefin do seem to make a quality boat none the less

I am pretty sure the Wildcat Pro I was looking at was a 455.

Can't comment on the Anglapro but the 440 Renegade and 60 Yamaha would be an awesome combo. I've fished in a 420 'gade and a 50 Yam and it was unreal. We used 32lts in a 110km trip of going more or less flat out, even in a 15kt breeze.

Been looking at very similar boats but limited by garage size at 5.5 meters.
I like the anglapro as it comes in at under that on trailer, where as the quintrex is 5.5meters for just the 420.

The only anglapro dealer in wa doesn't have a 444 in stock to look at

I've also looked at this,

http://horizonboats.com.au/boat-rang...tryker-xpf-sc?

& for under 21g with a yammy 50/4stroke seems like very good value.

Actually sea trialled this boat but was so underpropped and running a 40 really struggled to get on the plane quickly.

Possibly not a fault of the boat but being wrongly set up put me off a bit.

My recommendation is to at least test both boats

They won't let me test the Quinny....
ANGLAPRO they will....
I'm sure I'll be happy with either.

I looked at the horizon but I only keep boats approx 4 years before upgrading so resale is important. Especially in Adelaide. Not a massive bream boat market.

I've had 2 Quinnys and loved them both. Was going to go tiller but SC is appealing. Was gonna quote it up with the 50hp but the 60 looks the right fit. I do love my Yamahas.
