NS Black Hole Amped

Hi guys
Anyone tried out the new NS Black Hole Amped rods yet? I'm looking at getting one, and was wondering what people thought of them. Any reccomendations of rods around a similar price would be good too. Thanks

Hey mate, I don't own one but did have a feel of the 6'6 2-6lb at my local tackle shop. I brought my Nordic stage areal pro 6'6 2-7lb to the store so I can compare them. The amped felt very similar to my Nordic stage. Very light and crisp. Loads up beautifully. The blanks are nice and thin. I reckon they are great value for money.

I've got a couple of them. Wont find a better rod for $150 at all. Well built, nice actions when using them. Wouldn't hesitate buying a couple more at all. Definetly DohDohDohDoh all over any offering from shimano or daiwa in the same price range.

Any comparison with the new Pfleuger Trions? Also looks like a good value for money rod.

I'd go the ns one amped over the Trion personally. Nicer rod to use and better finished/made IMO
