Samurai Reaction RE203

Had a look at this rod at the tackle warehouse yesterday and it felt very light and nice in hand with a 2500 Stradic Ci4 hanging under it. What are they like to fish with?

I have a 203 reaction with a stradicfJ 1000, so about the same weight as your reel. Its not the new version but the previous model.

I use the rod for hard bodies only and poppers (when targeting whiting)
Its a great rod. I caught my PB flathead on it (80cm) and it handled it without any difficulty.

It casts well and feels really sensitive. I can feel the lure hitting structure/bottom well and it loads up well.

I don't have too much experience with other rods suited for hard bodies rods but I really like this one.
