Pros/cons for Lox yoshi sp 2p 2-5kg 610
Hey guys looking at purchasing a new Yoshi lox sp61025 and was wondering what are the pros/cons of them , heard the old models tips use to break off easy, do the new ones break pretty easy as well?
Cheers |

I believe the tendency for broken tips was only on the lightest Yoshi models and even then I think it was something that was reasonably rare. I also believe that Lox remedied the 'problem' a while back.
I own the rod that you have described and I like it. I've used it on everything from bream (a bit of an overkill) and flathead to large salmon and snapper. It's just about perfect to use when the chances of by-catching a school mulloway are on the cards. I like to take mine away when we go on 'non fishing' family holidays, because it can handle just about anything I'm likely to come across. They're a very versatile rod indeed. |

landed mulloway on the 4-7kg models
had about 5 lox rods a few years back great rods for the price I paid for them(~200 each) but now I have upgraded most of them |
