Show/Tell me about your 2014 Morethan Knob

Would love to hear about or even shown a picture of what everyone has replaced the horrific t-knob with on their Morethan

Cheers

Great question, love it.

Currently I have the cork i knobs on the 2510pe-h's and am ashamed to say the 2510R and 3012 still have the original knobs on them.

What are you thinking is a good replacement?

Im just not sure if it feels special enough or is what im after, i have these on some of my other reels i was hoping someone would show me something that really had that exclusive elegance factor.

Unfortunately i cant track down any new bassart components only the old branzino kit.

I have a HN AG37(Da/S) on my 3012H Certate. Very comfy and fits well in the hand.

The only photo I have and it's rather deceiving with the size. Looks a lot bigger than it is.

Yes, the smallest at 37mm dia and 20g.

It also feels a lot smaller than the standard Shimano knob on my Stella 5000SW which from memory is around 40mm.

If not, look at the RCS Powerlight Knob either Medium or Large.

Yeah i have a bunch of them on my luvias they just dont have the x factor i want for my morethan and not the right colour.

37mm might be a little too big which is a same because i really like the finish on those knobs.

Just done a Morethan the other day and the gent off BM had a RCS EVA knob on it - unsure as to what size it was but it sure suited!!!

Not a fan of EVA as most may have seen recently however what suits and works is whats needed.

Recon they look like they belong on a stradic Ci4 more than a "morethan" personally

Yeah it looks a little plasticy and cheap im leaning toward the ZPI knob i linked a few posts ago.

If the Rcs knobs were in different colors i would be fine. Nearly all my Daiwas are fitted with rcs knobs but just out of sheer luck the silver on the knob matches the highlights on most of them

When i pick up my morethan i just get an overiding need for the knob to have some kind of gold accent
