Lox 5 piece travel rod

Hey guys,

Just after a bit of info on the Lox 5 piece travel rod. I'm heading over to Fiji in a couple of weeks, so im keen to take a little compact rod along with me. I was originally looking at the Nitro 007 Magnum Butt but I can't justify spending north of $400 on a travel rod, so unless someone has one they want to get rid of, the Lox seems like the next best thing.

What sort of weights and fish can it handle? Will it be able to cast 40g slugs? Any sort of info will be helpful!

Cheers

Have a look at majorcraft. I use a 904m or something like that as my travel surf rod. There is a heavier one available. From memory it was around $250.
