RC world edition

Looking at the RC world edition 6102UL to match up with a 1003 luvias for a light plastics rod particularly for up in the creeks around my area but wondering if anyone has any suggestions for something similar that could possibly be better for the money being spent. Want something under 7 ft with a similar taper and preferably the parabolic arch of a racing condition.

I know it seems pretty stupid to want exactly what the RC offers but ask for something else but id just like to know anyway.

see if you can track down a smith bayliner CF second hand. world edition racing condition isn't very sensitive and wouldn't be the best for light plastics I don't think

Smith bay liner is actually the one other rod that I'm tossing up.

How about a Shoreluck in the 6'8" solid tip version, just got and used mine on the weekend might be worth a look at.

Finding a solid tip Shoreluck in stock anywhere would be a mission. Where did you get yours? Not too sure on the taper of it either if it would be exactly what i'm after. Its an option though so thanks.

Japan Angler though I think they are out of stock Digitaka are showing them at present.
You might be surprised by the taper, it is not as rigid as a Daiwa AGS Gekkabin 6'10" but in the snags I wouldn't have it as my first choice.

So it looks like the Bayliner will be the go, just got an mx ajing as well to add to the collection so that has persuaded me to go with something a little more suited to plastics hence the Smith.

MX Ajing is a great plastics rod, I would give that a flick first.
The Shoreluck is similar to the MX just better I had both MX Ajing's the 6'11" and the 7'4" the 6'11" now lives at my mates house and the 7'4" my partner use's.

Yeah i got the ajing for plastics, particularly on flats and canals just because of the extra length, the smith will be for up in the local creeks where something shorter is pretty necessary, but not too short or il just hate it. Last chance on opinions before i go get it tomorrow haha

Not sure how it compares to the RC but if you can have a look at the Daiwa Battler Feral Kat. Seriously nice rod with a lot of power.
