They arent known for their excellent communication - so it best to wait with your fingers crossed and hope you get a reel in good working order.

Heres what I found while I was trying to get in contact with them

"**!WARNING!**
I bought a Daiwa Luvias 2004 from this site and received it and the handle wasnt spinning smoothly at all............ Emailed this company many times but no replies poor service"

".......I've sent a couple of emails asking about their availability."

"These guys don't communicate too well......"

".........And yes they are not good in responding to emails."

"I like many others have sent emails with no reply so I am just wondering if they are still operating."

"Want to buy 4 Daiwa Saltiga reels... sent 2 emails already... no answer..."

You'd better hope your reel is in perfect working order when it arrives.(mine isnt). Coz if it aint - you may be waiting a while for a response

I've emailed them a few times over the last 3 weeks about different bits and pieces

Never waited longer than 2 days for a response

It might be like alot of companies - you call the sales line and its answered within 3 rings - but you will wait 45 mins for tech support

If it's the japanese express mail service (EMS) then it will go to Melbourne first then Perth. I don't know why but everything i have bought online from japan all went thru Melbourne. My guess is you will get it on thursday.
