Varies accross brands and construction method. Have a look at some earlier threads where it was discussed. I have 2 rods over 7ft for Bream luring and one weights around 130 grams I think and the other 105 grams. Even though both in the 2-4kg bracket the heavier one is obviously underated slightly and long casting. I think aim for something under 115 grams or less if Bream luring. Any heavier can be hard on the wrists after while.

Yours being 3-6k..........135 grams is definately on the light side.

The Daiwa td battler 4-8kg 7 footer only weighs 112g
The ags rods are very very light.
I'd say the 7 foot 1-2kg waterzombie would be closer to 90g as it feels lighter than the tournament ags nightrider that's apparently 98g- a 1-4kg rod with much larger guides.

Cheers matt

According to the shop the Heartland 6'10 LFSes weighed much more than that. Hopefully it will be more balanced.

I've got a X-Ride that's 7'6" and weighs 103g. I had a Varivas rod that was 7'3" and it was 85g. Shame I broke it, was such a good rod.
