Lowrance Announces The All-New HDS® Gen3

They look nice... A few new features and faster processor. Is there any way you can upgrade the gen2 touch for the gen3 touch??? I wouldn't mind an upgrade lolll.

Why does Lowrance insist on taking their customers for granted?

Surely the capacity to incorporate the SI into a single transducer would be available to them now, instead they are making their customers pay for an additional "Optional" yet completely necessary transducer rig.

Why would you do that Lowrance? Do you not make enough money off your range?

Until Lowrance decides to follow Hummingbirds lead and give me an all-in-one option therefore leaving me with coin to spend on other upgrades etc then you won;t see my money.

there transducers are dedicated DI and SI maybe they haven't worked out how to put a 4th element in there transducer yet, not sure( Im sure they are working on it) so they dedicate the DI and SI to one transducer with 3 elements (2 for SI and 1 for DI) and there normal transducer for sonar 83-200 or 50-200
not like hummingbird where there transducer for SI has 1 element each side and don't have a dedicated DI element ( DI made up with a software version of the side images) so then they have room for a sonar transducer
Maybe they have changed it now but that's how they used to get DI from a joining of side image through software
Maybe you should have a look at the new Lowrance HDS G3
We know you would love it lol
