Has any mate purchased from Zone Japan before? Thoughts?

I placed an order last week but it hasnt been shipped yet. Emaied them and they replied that its still processing.

I expected them to ship the next day after I pay like plat, japantackle and others rakuten stores. Are they usually that slow? It is a relatively new webstore and is my first time order.

Didnt they just have an earth quake there or they are getting stock from supplier.
