I haven't been in one for years but from memory the handle well but the stability wasn't that great. It has been a long time though. Fun boat to drive.

Cheers

I am currently in the process of fully gutting the floor, seats etc and fitting it out with casting deck live well.. etc etc
Have completed transom that is now just over 50mm replacing the old one that was full of mud and only about 35 mm
Before it was out of action, it was an absolute gun of a small boat..
Better than any tinny of the same size !!
Mainly used at mallacoota, inshore, offshore it does anything
I took it out of the bar a dozen or so times, and even when you take a big greeny over the front it still handled like a dream !
Hope this helped
Nev

i am in tasmania for uni atm, but will be heading home very soon to gut it out and start stringers, floor and casting deck

With the leccy, my plan is to get my fibreglass guy to make a fibreglass mount at the front but thats a long way down the track !

Hi mate, I used to own one (Jayro's old boat) and it was awesome. Best handling and riding boat in its class and streets ahead of any tinny! Yes, they aren't the most stable but with a deep v hull it's in a small boat it's impossible to get great stability.
Bought mine setup with the electric, Jase came up with a nifty and simple mod as the housing, I'll find some pics for you. Had a 25hp honda on the back, and while not fast it was plenty for me
