Four piece Sik stic

No its not a new model nor a convenient way to store it. Snapped the tip off and also about 2.5" off above the second guide. How do I go about fixing it or getting it fixed? Any ideas would be appreciated.

So what throw it out and buy something else? Would be a shame it is (was) a nice rod and caught plenty of Bream

HI Stu,
As rodbuilders we can tell you that it is not fixable. Sorry!
Cheers,
Cindy

Thanks for your reply Cindy............I assumed as much. Just glad it wasn't the Reaper. Don't suppose you can just buy a new top end? (Being a 2 piece). I'm dreaming..................

HI Stu,

You should be able to buy the top piece without too many problems. We did it with the Shimano Stella.

Cheers

Thanks Mim. Great news.... save buying a whole new wand. I notice Strudwick's website is still not operational. Anyone know how to contact them?

Hi Stu,
I thought you had a one piece. If it is a two piece, check with Strudwick. On our 7ft Reaper, which is a two piece, if you break the blank on top or bottom, we can replace the broken section. That's one of the biggest advantages of a two piece rod!
Cheers,
Cindy
