Four piece Sik stic
No its not a new model nor a convenient way to store it. Snapped the tip off and also about 2.5" off above the second guide. How do I go about fixing it or getting it fixed? Any ideas would be appreciated.

HI Stu,
As rodbuilders we can tell you that it is not fixable. Sorry! Cheers, Cindy |

Thanks for your reply Cindy............I assumed as much. Just glad it wasn't the Reaper. Don't suppose you can just buy a new top end? (Being a 2 piece). I'm dreaming..................

HI Stu,
You should be able to buy the top piece without too many problems. We did it with the Shimano Stella. Cheers Mim

Thanks Mim. Great news.... save buying a whole new wand. I notice Strudwick's website is still not operational. Anyone know how to contact them?

Hi Stu,
I thought you had a one piece. If it is a two piece, check with Strudwick. On our 7ft Reaper, which is a two piece, if you break the blank on top or bottom, we can replace the broken section. That's one of the biggest advantages of a two piece rod! Cheers, Cindy |
