Tough indeed, very happy to come away in second place congrats to Shane your certainly a force over here in the west hopefully wen take it up to the easy coasters in the gf. Thanks to all the sponsors and organisers got your continued support I think the day was more a reflection in the conditions than the quality of the fishing it was certainly far from pleasant.

We have had tougher,,at the Mandurah ABT in 2010 i think it was i caught no fish over 2 days like most of the field, the water was crystal clear like Gin then, this time heavy rains over the last week might not have helped the cause.
Well done Shano, Joe, Mitch ,John and Jake for top 5.

I'd like to thank Craig, getaway and the sponsors for putting together the event. Also to the competitors who attended on top of what was uncortunately a pretty lousy day weather wise. I'd have to agree joe that the fishing quality was definitely a reflection on the weather. Such foul weather makes fishing town canals quite difficult. So to everyone that caught a fish well done guys and special mentions to joe for a bery well earned second, to Mitch coming third, with a cracking fish on a day when the big bream appeared to be sulking and also to John Sorrell and jake gill who rounded out the top five.
Hoping for better weather the next event
