Luvias over certate?

Hey,

So looking at getting 1 of either reels for my 701ULF TNSB.

Wondering, is the certate that much better to pay $100 more. Is there much performance difference or is it all feel, or visa versa?

Cheers!

made of tougher stuff. If its just light fishing luvias is as good if not a bit smoother. For bream go luvias. I own both.

luvias in 2004 and certate in 2500 (new model) and 2000 (2010 model). The luvias is the smoothest of the bunch believe it or not. Very classy reels but certate has tougher internals and metal body

I have 3 cerates and they are all great reels a 2010 2004, new 2004 and a new 2500, But for value for money a luvi from japan is better value but if your buying in Aus a luvi is $400 and tates are $410 I'd be going a tate everytime both great reels so you can't go wrong.
