Mandurah Classic question

Hey guys

Fishing our first classic this weekend and really looking forward to it just a quick question though is everyone launching from the fishing club facilitys or do some of you guys launch else where say Mary street and motor over for the breifing/start to avoid congestion at the fishing club.

Thanks
Rhyno

Heaps of room at the fishing club,(If you are launching from there),most don't launch there but drive to the Serpy or Murray and launch there after the tournament director gives you permission(everybody is required at the briefing 6.45am),usually theres an order you go in,(from when you paid),if you want to launch at the fishing club you depart at 7am ,the ones driving to other venues leave around 7.15am when Craig calls out your number.(Around 12 launched at club last time and 30 odd ? drove to other ramps)

You are only alowwed one launch away from the venue (Ie you can't launch in the Murray have a fish then put the boat back on the trailer and relaunch in the Serpy, but you can relaunch back in town(fishing club) after you have done your away launch.

Have you got any favourite spots on the Murray or Serp ? Launch as close as you can might be the go if you have.

good luck buddy, you will have a lot of fun. the WA classic seen is a great group to get involved with. my suggestion. look for the red and grey glittery boat and just go where he goes. like and 30 meters just ahead of him. he loves that kinda stuff.
