Strudwick replacement policy

Does anyone know if Strudwick's replacement policy (for when you blowup your rod and its your fault) extends to their sik sticks?

For those that are interested I checked with my local tacklo and the replacement policy does not extend to the Sik Stick range.

Ive had a look and I was wring. Its only the high end Struddies that have acidental breakage etc replacement

I bought a 7' TPS from a local tackle store recently....is this covered by the warranty??....I didn't receive any papers when I picked up the rod.
