Daiwa harrier solid slims rods.

Been looking at a Daiwa harrier solid slim and have been intrigued.
It's blank is very slim like a trout rod but weights more and is VERY
powerful. Are they really a completely solid blank with blended lower mod carbon? And are they widely used rods among bream anglers?
