i mainly blade on a 1.5-3kg daiwa tdx. firm enough to feel the zip and muscle them up, but soft enough to reduce pulled hooks. in winter ill often blade on the 1-2kg tdx for a more finesse blade presentation with more flop and less zip.

Fast action 1-3kg graphite rods really get my blades going spaz.
And you can feel every hit when using braid.
Straight thru flouro feels too vague.
