Can only speak for jew here, but transams, gulp 5 or 7 inch jerk baits, gulp shrimp, zman 3 and 4 inch grubs as well as 5 inch jerk bait all work well. Just try to match the size of your lure to the bait, best tip I can offer.

For Jew I've been getting a heap lately on 4 inch Zman Streakz Curly Tailz. Motor Oil and Baby Bass have been the standout colours. Been using Pro-Cure scent on the plastics too and I think this has been more important than the lure choice itself.
As for Threadys, Ive only ever caught them on hardbodies. But I know 4inch Zman Shrimpz work well on them.
