Phenix Rods Recon 2
Just got my hands on a Phenix Recon 2 692L.Hanging out to give it a crack.
If anyone out there has one what have you been getting on it?? I have a Shimano Complex CI4+ 2500s mated to it so well see how it goes |

![]() Great little rod mate , I've been using it a lot lately and really liking it. Firstly it's rated 4-10lb so it may seem a little to heavy for bream , but wouldn't be further from the truth. Been fishing 10lb castaway braid and 4lb Rock FC leader, fished stick minnows , vibes , light plastics been really happy with it. The longer butt section means it's been pretty easy to punch out long double handed casts. Being rated to 10lb I've also been using it to chase Jewie's in the Melbourne rivers too. I could post 20 pics of different ways I've been fishing it, but most have already been posted here on BM
