Okuma spools

This is a question for those who own several different models of Okuma's. Can you interchange spools between Avengers, Epix and Inspira's (assuming they are the same size)? It's just a factor I thought of when deciding what reel I get next. If I can share spools across the reels that would mean heaps of flexibility.

You sure can, at least in the 6000 size. My Epix occasionally sports the Avenger spool if a weekends fishing goes wrong. Thinking about it I remember swapping 3000 size spools too.

Great! Can anyone confirm this for the 15 and 20 sized reels?

I put my Inspira 15 spool on me Avenger to check and it seemed to fit OK, Im not sure about the Epix though as I have a 20 but my others being 15`s I havnt tried changing the 20 over.

Id guess if you had all reels in 20 they would be changable, they may not feel as sweet it but certainly looks as if it can be done.

cheers
