Land Based and Kayak Redlands area!

Hey guys I'm still fairly new to Bream fishing with plastics I'm looks to be pointed in the right direction I have fished raby bay a fair bit with the odd Bream here and there so is there any other "hot" spots land based or I can reach with a kayak around the Redlands? What Plastics are you guys having the most success with lately also?
