Do most modern rods use Fibreglass or Carbon Paper Scrim material these days?

Hey guys,
So I know that the scrim material around the carbon fibre of a blank was always fibreglass until Gary Loomis introduced Carbon Paper Scrims to the GLX range a while back. My question is, have most new rods gone to this paper scrim material or still using glass? If so, at about what level of rod is this new technology implemented i.e Et Specials at $9.99, Pflueger trions at $110, Samurai Reaction at $500 or Megabass Kirisames at $800????

Any knowledge or even healthy discussion would be great.

Chris
