Smith bits?

Found this lure in my local the other day. Looks like a decent callop lure, but can't find it anywhere. Anyone have info on it? Don't think its a legit smith lure...

Sii is the old logo for Smith International, see below. One division of the company made mining drill bits and this looks like a promotional lure used as an advertising give away, (most likely in the US).

There are collectors who chase lures with company logos on them.. Smith were taken over a few years ago and have a different logo now.
