Me and my young fellas(Bluebream) new Triton just arrived from the States this week and we had our maiden voyage this morning.
Two very happy boys.

They said we should get up to 86klm, only running it in this morning but gave it one short burst and hit just under 80 klm but wasn't all the way there.

It was one of my concerns when I first ordered it ( didn't want to end up having to buy a bigger car to tow it)but have found it tows like a dream. Its well under Foresters recommended maximum towing weight. I feel it a little bit on hills but of no real concern. The trailer has mechanical brakes which helps with any pushing issues. I also have low range on the Forester if I need it to pull up any steep ramps but don't think it will be necessary to engage. Certainly had no dramas getting it out this morning.
At the Clarence GAMA there was a guy towing a 19 foot skeeter with a forester and he said he had no issues which eased my mind prior to delivery.
cheers

Good lookin setup. It looks like there a lot of boat hanging back off the trailer or is it just the camera angle?
