Nitro Vapour 70 thoughts?

Hey fellas, looking at getting a really good, light two piece rod.
The reason is, I am going to Port Douglas soon and wanting to take my own gear.
I thought I may as well get a really good one and use it as my main rod instead of my drunkenmonkey from now on.

I've been looking at the Vapour 70 which is 7", 78g, and 1-3kg to pair to the certate.

Your thoughts would be appreciated

Cheers, Lachie

I know a bloke who is associated with Innovator so I can get it cheap as chips.

I love the nitro vapor. Its a fantastic rod. Super quick and crispy and light.

The 6'6" is good and the 7' is better.

Ive got shiploads of em, and cant get enough of em.

My 7' vapor is my favorite rod. Biggest fish 90cm mud marlin (Carp) through the reeds. Would love to get a nice hook jaw like in your profile pic on it. Any chance you could get me a deal on a travel viper for up north?

My 7 foot Nitro Vapor is my most used rod by far. I have plenty to choose from, but none of them have the responsive feel that this rod has.

I still want one of these rods and thinking of getting a Rarenium to put on it.
What size would be better 1000 or 2500 ?

On mine I have a biomaster 1000FB. with 4 and 3 lb power pro. Im not casting far, so get no probs with the small spool as some people go on about.

How does the vapour go with casting unweighted and light plastics? Or is it a better hardbody rod?

My 6'6 vapor copped a flogging and was never left wanting for power or accuracy. Love the nitros. The 7ft "should" be just as good
