Nitro Viper vs Shimano Terez

I've got a Shimano Terez 15-30lb Split grip with a stradic fj 5000.
Thinking of replacing my Nitro Viper with the 10-20lb Terez for use with my Stradic Ci4 4000?

Would you do it?

I wouldn't. Nitro's have a lot better quality blanks.

I havent used a nitro but i think they are a better quality rod than the terez, but in saying that i have a terez 10-20 with a stradic 3000 and its one of the best snapper abd big jew plastics rod ive used i love it

I have both a nitro and terez rod, not as heavy as the ones you've mentioned, but the nitro leaves the terez for dead. The quality in the terez just isn't the same. As someone has already mentioned the Nitro blanks are far superior as well.

Cheers

Would you swap a bottle of glen fiddich's fine aged whiskey for a can of woodstock and cola?
