daiwa mag seal durability feedback needed

This isnt a new topic, there is a thread already about the new certate vs old still doesnt really answer my questions. After some feedback from users of any of the new daiwa mag seal range especially the mid/higher end ones (sol, caldia, certate). Durability is the what im most concerned about, do the new daiwas last just as long/outlast the older generation of daiwas?? Can they take a bit of bashing around like my old certate/sol or do they need to be babied?? Kinda after feedback from people who have used theres for 12months at least and that push there gear ie run the max drag sometimes etc etc. I currently use the old certate 3500hd, the first luvius (with the foldable handle), an emeraldas (white one) and a stella SW and they have all been extremely tough, durable reels, if that gives an idea for comparison aswell. Im just a bit baffled that i can buy a brand new daiwa caldia for the same price of a second hand old certate , the new daiwas just seem extremely cheap in price. i have always been a bit iffy on the new mag seal but there seems to be a pretty even weight of conflicting reviews for against and pro. Any feedback would be awesome

Mechanically the older reels and magseal versions are pretty much the same with exception of the mag oil covering the clutch sleeve. In essence they would be an durable.as.the older.models if not more cos the magseal.is prevent water entry into.the reel body.

I agree. Defiantly just as good if not better. I also have the older certate's and soles. And a couple of old caldias. Ass for the new caldia. I don't no wot diawa did there. I felt one when they first came out and was horrified. Maybe it was just me. Love my old ones tho. Pretty much a sole.

You,re right. To me the new caldia doesn't feel quiet right like the othets. It is bottom-heavy and top-light, if that makes any sense.
Roller bearings in older cetates have really pissed me off the magseal has really fixed that up. I'm a big fan of new exist, it easily outshines everything in the finesse daiwa lineup except for the older hyper exist. There's something about the hyper exist that is just effortless.
