stren is a great fused line. i run 3lb for all my bream rods and 4lb for my flatty/light jewie stick. never had an issue with it. my comp partner runs powerpro and he likes it.

4lb Fireline in Black etc is pretty hard to beat. Price, Strength and Manageability are a few things that come to mind about it. I reckon its one of the best until u get to the 10lb plus range.

X2, Frog is the best braid so far.
I am yet to try the megabass Dragon call which apparently is better than frog.

Sunline Super PE 6lb is good. This has a smaller diameter than many of the braids already mentioned and is easily thinner than many other 4lb braids.

Just lately I've been using Toray Saltwater Lightfish in 4lb and it's great. I love it.

I'm keen to try some of the new Tasline SAS. The 6lb in this stuff is supposedly thinner than any other braid regardless of the breaking strain, period.

I'd go the 4lb frog If you want super light, it's goo stuff. Any heavier I'd say dragoncall, the lightest they make is 12lb

Sunline Rock Fish PE is another top quality line I would recomend. I run 0.4 (which they call 8lb) on a couple of outfits and prefer this to Toray ect. Not cheap but on a par wih the Frog...you get what you pay for
Cheers Paul
