Steez 2004

Noticed the other day just below my line roller
On the side arm there was like a cut in almost as
If the line had cut its way in. thought I may had
Damaged it during transport somehow until I
Had look at my mates steez and it had the exact same problem
Occurring just not as bad as he doesn't use his as much.
Any body else have this problem ??

That's what I'm thinking Kyle the materials
Used in the steez are so light n prone to damage
Easy. By any chance when you snag a lure do
Try get it of by doing the slingshot ??

I do use the 'Slingshot' method but not often.

I think it more comes down to general use, possibly every time the arm clicks over the line looks like it might catch before falling into the roller itself.

Not really that phased by it, hasn't affected the performance thus far.

Have the same on my luvi 2004h, I also think it's caused by line flicking to de-snag lures because I only use this method with plastics and other reels don't have the same problem

cheers
