Anyone looking for a Non-boater?

Hey guys,

I know its a long way off but I don't know if my boat will be ready for the Walpole round so I thought I'd see if anyone's looking for a non-boater. I'm happy to pay fuel money and share accommodation costs and all of that. I'm a very keen angler and Walpole is a bit of a home away from home for me having fished it quite regularly over the years. I'm open to any offers and don't care if your boats not the latest and greatest. I am competent steering a kota as I have my own boat and am an excellent net boy and promise I'll only knock fish off your hooks if you are comprehensively out fishing me!

Cheers guys, Duncan.

Hey mate, I have a boat that I am doing up at the moment. All its lacking is the livewell! To get a livewell in I'm restructuring the front casting deck. If your not using the boat I'd be very grateful if I could use it to fish the comp. I might see if anyone is after a non-boater and pursue this offer closer to the time if thats okay.

Thanks fo the kind offer and I'll keep it in mind.

Cheers, Duncan.

Ok Cheers,

Just reminded me actually, a live well is the only thing I don't have

I will need to get one soon. Although, the offer is still there.

Gotta have a livewell for the comps! I'll be working hard to get my boat spec'd for the Walpole round but inevitably it'll be harder than I expect.

Cheers mate.

You don't need anything flash for a temporary livewell for a comp.

Just using an eski and cheap bilge pump with $10 worth of PVC pipe is enough.

I was just thinking that might be an option. I'll see how the deck re-build goes but It might come to this. Might have to put another post up asking if any non-boaters are looking for a tub to fish from.

Hey Guys,

I'm still looking for a boater if anyones sitting on the fence over whether to fish or not. I am without a car at the moment so even if I do get the boat sorted in time I can't tow it. I will happily cover my share of costs and buy some beers ect. Really hoping to find someone as I'd love to fish this comp!

Cheers, Duncan.
