I used to run 3lb power pro,but after switching over to frog there is just no possible way I could ever use it again. On the weekend while bream fishing, I picked up one of my old soft plastic rods that was spooled with 3lb power pro,and had a couple of cast's on it and the difference was incredable, just didnt feel right, my casting distance was alot less and well just didnt seem right. Highly recomend frog braid. At first I thought $80 for braid was a bit too much, but like a mate of mine said "you will never know until you try it" And I am glad I try'd it. It was money well spent

Power pro is setting me back a whopping $15 a spool ATM and since I fish from the boat a lot casting distance isn't a biggie, I've fished with high end braid and it sure is nice but this saving for a house thing is having me cut down

Red face

Big fan of Varivas for my SW stuff but not tried the Milky. Do they do thinner than 0.6?.
A few months ago I spooled a couple of bream outfits with Sunline Rockfish 0.4 and very happy with that ATM.
