Sorry mate don't have a savvy, only got a champion extreme, and have played with a few champions. That being said if its inline with the quality of these other rods dont bother thinking twice, you'll love it

Hey mate have a look at the n.s one range of bc rods. I recently Got a 6-12lb one to match up with a curado 50. Unbelievable rods for the price ($200). They soba wide range of weight classes for them as well. Extremely nice finish on them and awesome to fight fish with. Load up really nicely

While we're on the topic, as Scott said the ns rods are really nice little sticks and I just grabbed a 13 omen black rod and it's a phenomenal rod for the $170 price tag. So plenty of good sticks to choose from in the price range mate

I think the thing I like most about the n.s rods are there's no foregrips on them so I can keeP my finger on the blank pretty much all the time with the way I palm my baitcaster. And there's been a few fish I've caught where without the finger on the blank I Dnt think I would of felt the bite cos they were quite subtle. The 6-12lb I've got is surprisingly ballsy as well while still feeling quite "finesse". Landed a 50cm Trevally on surface a fortnight ago on it and handled it fine.
