Got the 6'6" Jaeger and love it to bits.

I reckon the Gunslinger is the ultimate canal stick for bream, either from a boat or a yak.

Mick.

I have the 7" sharpshooter and I have really pushed this rod and it keeps giving. Wicked value for money and I really like using mine on the flats for whiting and bream. The grips are also really comfy for those long sessions and the rod itself ways very little.

yeh I have a gunslinger, 2lb-6lb. Light as. I have it matched up to a 1000ci4. I couldn't think of a lighter outfit. I have caught plenty of tarpon and rat barra on it, plus stacks of beam, whiting and Flatty

Sweet. I have put a little TwinPower 1000 on it.
Will probably run 2lb straight through and 3lb braid on the other spool.
I bought it for the yak, but I guess for pontoon work etc from the boat it would be very handy also.
Thanks for the replies, just got to get on the bloody water now!
