Squidji surface SP lures

How do u fish with these? Do use a weighted or unweighted jig head?

I assume you are talking about the squidgy bug. They were designed to be rigged on a weedless worm hook. You throw them out, keep the rod tip high and steadily retrieve. The lure should swim on the surface, creating a wake with the tail waggling away.

Try a No 2 Mustad worm hook (4 if u can get them) and prick the point of the hook under the back of the bug to make it weedless. Their great, u can cast them onto the grassy bank and then slowly retrieve them into the water and over most sp snagging objects. Dont just wind them in acrss the top of the water as they sink nice and slow. My favorite at the moment.
