What is this ??
Ok pic taken from latest Lure mag which is unfortunately all in japanese. Can anyone help identify what brand etc this is or can i assume its a home made jobbie.

What you cant speak japanese Warren........

Looks odd?? Looks like the skirt material off spinner baits pushed through a soft plastic?? Maybe some form of surface bug imitation?
