Hi guys was wondering if these reels would be ok for bass in the dams? not to small also how much differnce in size to a 1000 shimano?

Great small reel for a 2 - 4 lb outfit. Would suit bream also. You may be tested with bigger bream or trying to pull bass out of the weeds with a 1000. I have a 1500 on a DSR820GLX.
