The Ultimate Braid

I know there are many posts of cost effective braids but i wonder... What is the ultimate braid not taking into consideration price, rather, castability, line memory, manageability, diameter and durability.

Cheers Guys!

I'm a bit biased but i love Toray Seabass Shallow Finesse in 7lb (PE0.5)
Have been using Toray long before it was available in Australia and still love it to this day for everything from braid, spinning fluoro and leader.

There isn't one. If there was we sould be all using it, the other manufacturers would go broke and this thread and many like it would be rhetorical. That said there are only so many manufacturers of the bulk line that is badged by tackle comanies, lines like Dyneema PE made in Japan, Spectra made in the US and rebadged as anything. JMHO.

See this thread http://www.breammaster.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22547

I get what you are saying and i know we cannot all agree on the "best" braid. I am merely trying to see if there is a commonly named braid on this thread which i would assume the best by the popularity of it. Thanks for the thread, it was very helpful and knowledgeable!
