spare parts

does any one know where you you can get spare parts for a mini kota transom mount? nothing serious just the bolts that tighten the motor to the boat don't tighten up any more. so if anyone knows where or if you can get these let me know.

I got parts for mine a while back by ordering them through the dealer where I bought the motor. The parts came from Sydney and took a couple of weeks.

can always try eBay and directly from America with their specialist Minn Kota shops there - parts are cheaper for sure!

i think the plastic that holds it is cross threaded so i might have to just make something up

Buy a cheap tapping set and tap the threads and put a new 'stainless' bolt in there and weld a round washer to the end of it...
