NS Rods

Anybody tried the NS Hurricane Trout or Bass Rods? They look like a nicely designed rod though I can't see how they go for >$150! Looking at the Bass Series rod as a casting rod for jacks and bass though I haven't found these in any shops so I don't know how they feel. Anyone used these or any of the other NS Rods? How are they quality and feel wise?
Oli

I have felt one. They are very soft and wickedly light I felt the 5'6" it would be a crazy fight to get a 30cm fish on it haha.

Hey mate,
I recently purchased the 5'6" version the ns hurricane trout rod. I reckon its an awesome rod, super light, and yeah it does make smaller fish feel quite large. I pulled in a 47cm brown trout on it last weekend and to be honest the rod had a lot of strength in the butt and didn't really struggle. The only thing that might take getting used to is the difference in casting. Very whippy action but once you get it, its easy. I'll chuck a pic of the trout up tonight.

Not sure on price should be around the same as the microbass. Im think the microguide bass are titanium k's could be wrong though. Im sure you wont be disapointed ive got a feeling my quiver will be full of blackhole rods shortly
