Inox spray mate. Quick spray after a session is all it takes.

I've heard plain old white rice in the tackle trays helps by absorbing moisture. I wouldn't go putting any sprays on your lures because next time you use it your hooks might be perfect but the fish will smell the chemicals a mile off.

There was a thread on this a while ago.......
I use the silicon sachets you find in packaging. I also wash my hooks in fresh water and dry overnight

^^ this is the best way to save your hooks...

Also you may want to post questions like this on the lures section next time, not the classifieds

Unless he's selling the rusty trebles...

In that case he probably should have added a price.

This is what I do
*never put used/wet lures back into box
* put them into another dedicated box
* wash in fresh water ASAP after day end
* I sometimes use a tooth brush around the ring area
Whilst cleaning
* shack/ flick (air/blow)excess water off the lures
* lay them out to dry But check they don't have any water pooled where
They are sitting as a pool will rust.
* put back into box once fully dry
* with rice or moisture sachets in tray

shake most of the water off first, then Olive oil spray.Try not to spray directly on the paint. I've only had it affect one lure badly and that was a Dohmart cheapo but better safe than sorry. Available at any supermarket.Cheap and no chemical smell. You can even get it garlic infused, (as in some attractant sprays) The rice idea and silica gel packageas have merit also. although you would have to change the rice regularlyThere is no chance it will affect the paint.
