TT Headhunters vs. Tournament Series
Hey guys, just wondering about the differences between the two.
Pretty substantial differences in the price, from what I can gather, Headhunters are 8 to a pack (from memory) and on Mustad hooks, and Tournament heads are 5 to a pack on gama hooks. Anything I'm missing? Are the tournaments that significantly better, that they are worth the extra dough? Cheers guys

like already mentioned, the headhunters are a stronger thicket gauge hook.
Pretty sure the sizing of these hooks is very different to the rest of the TT range. Eg, you cant compare 2/0 headhunters with 2/0 in another range as they will be a different size |

The normal TT jig heads come in Heavy, standard and light wire. The Head hunters are in standard guage only. The head hunters have a slightly longer shank than the normal TT's.
They are very good to use, I do prefer the slightly shorter shank on the hook but for the $$ they are very good. I buy whatever size 2 standard or light wire 1/20th jig head that are in the shop at the time, it can be hard to find them sometimes. Normal: Gamakatsu Head hunters: Mustad Cheers Chris
