2506 caldia line issues

I've got a white 2506 calda, and the problem is its laying the line back on the spool when I retrieve really bottom heavy. I got shims with it which i'm thinking are spool spacers, now the question is do I add or take out shims for it to lay the line further to the top of the spool?

Cheers for any help in advance.
Ben

take them out, this will more the spool lower and therefore position the line lay higher.

take them out one at a time though as it'll have a huge impact.

Regards
