Some help on our boat

Im 14 and my dad use to be into fishing like theres no tommorow but now he has settled down and is putting all his money into his house,car and anything else but the boat.
Over the years his boat has gotten weathered and i have put my foot down and if his not gonna do the work im gonna have a go at getting it fixed and he might take me out on the boat once and a while.
The hull is just over 13 foot Stessle tiny weve got a 9.9 Tohatsu outboard motor on it and this is our problem.
The motor wont start dont know why and havnt really checked myself. My dad is thinking of getting it checked up but i want to see if any one is selling a motor cheap and the trailer is stuffed cos the the mud guards r totally rusted out and where the rollers join the trailer itself is also really rusted and its way to dangerouse to drive the boat with this trailer.
So yeh if any one has anything that could help to my situation it would be great to hear.
Also if any one is selling a boat trailer for this size boat and maybe a cheap motor that works as the last one worked for a whole 2 trips then died!

How cheap are you looking for .I have a 9.9 mec with a fuel tank for sale.I am asking $900 for both

Ill run it by my dad but i dunno how much his willing to pay so yeh.
