Forster Ramps

Going to Forster on Monday and as never being there before, need to know of a good ramp to use.

If you can give me a nearby street address so I can plug it into my car gps would be helpful.

Cheers

Well Greg.
Here's a bit of a report of my first ever trip to Forster.

Got to forster on Monday arvo. Got myself a map and a bit of advice for directions from the guy at the van park, then hit the Bream filled waters of Forster.

I first wanted to find Wallis lake. eventually got there and worked out what side of the yellow poles I need to be on
Day one was more of a reccy trip to get a few bearings, but did get 2 bream on topwater so was pretty happy. The way back to the ramp I found a couple more sandbanks I missed on the way to wallis

Day two.
Bright and early with a game plan saw me go to (I think)Pelican rock. The weed drove me out of my head so just moved around a bit .did end up finding bream here and there, Dropped ALOT they seamed to just be holding onto the plastic and then just open thier gob and were gone.
I found a patch of racks and was able to drag a couple of Bream out. So all in all I had a bit of fun, caught a few fish discovered sand banks, Did I mention that before ?

At he ramp at the end of day two.

Quietly beached the boat, reversed the trailer and found the boat floating away in the middle of the little harbour. I then employed the services of a young fit bloke in boardies that looked like he needed to impress his Girlfriend. At the end of his successful retrieval he was rewarded with a luke warm Diet Coke.

Bumped into fellow BM memnbers Don , Ruski and his mate(name just escapes me at the mo)

Drive home.

On the drive home I couldn't resist the call of the Clarence, Stopped for a quick 1 and a half hour fish and landed around two dozen fish ranging from little squeekers to a near 36 cm bream.

Summary.

Flats fishing really isn't my thing, so sorry in advance to the poor soul that gets me as thier partner in the GF.
Forster has many sand banks, I'm sure the oyster men are still laughing.

The Clarence is still the best system on the east coast.

Cheers
