Megabass help

Hi I have a 2500 and 2000 certate. I'm looking to match one of these reels to a megabass rod for fishing pontoons and tighter structure. Ive got a smith byliner and majorcraft days for light work and I really like the jap style rods with parabolic action. I like the look of the racing condition 3-10lb and Lycaon 2-7lb. Opinions would be greatly appreciated

Megabass Racing Condition Hatchet, Force 3, 5'11 length. Nice short rod for accurate casting.
